I love having this little shop, but of course with Print on Demand services some hiccups can occur. 

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

For products that are still in stock on our site, we can offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery but are not responsible for return shipping & handling fees.

Any original shipping charges will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for new shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Your return must be in original unworn, unwashed condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

For our limited edition products, we will honor returns and exchanges as long as the product is still actively listed as in stock on our website.

If you would like to make a return or exchange, please email haylee@nataliefranke.com. Once the product has been received and inspected at our shop we will issue a refund less shipping charges in the original payment method.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?

Please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help correct the problem with proof of damage. We can only process returns and exchanges on original unworn, unwashed merchandise - so please check your order before laundering! We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after the product is used or laundered.
